Auckland based, hybrid role - 2 office days & 3 WFH days

- Your role: provide both technical guidance and people leadership to an engineering team in this newly created role within our Consumer Domain.
- Our tech stack: C#, .NET, AWS and Azure.
- Harness your technical expertise to support your team in building new features and enhancements for Plexure’s cloud platform which has over 300 million users in 66 markets globally!
- Influence the growth of our Engineer's: identify opportunities for them to learn, conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, supportive and collaborative environment to help them succeed.
- Make your mark on large scale, back-end projects that allow big brands to deliver customized offers and product recommendations for their customers.
What are we looking for?
- Back-end development experience with C#, .NET.
- A passion for helping people succeed! You'll bring experience leading engineering teams and supporting their growth.
- The ability to advise on engineering practices and identify ways we can improve.
- Knowledge of identity solutions such as IdP's or protocols including Auth0 and OpenID would be a big plus!
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and a desire to work with the latest technologies on large scale, global projects.
