We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Lead based in Auckland CBD (+ 3 WFH days per week)!

What will you do?
- Your role: support the development and retention of our team members!
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to assess development needs and provide guidance on development strategies.
- Design and implement impactful training and development initiatives that empower our employees to grow.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through regular feedback and performance metrics.
- Initial work to sink your teeth into: look at introducing a capability framework for the organization and each of our departments in alignment with our new strategic direction.
- Own this space: harness your expertise to take ownership of our L&D function and drive initiatives that enable our teams to thrive.
- As a member of our People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you'll play a key role in fostering an environment that people love working in!
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience building a L&D framework that has enabled employee growth.
- Experience utilizing capability frameworks (bonus points if you've introduced one!).
- Exposure to the tech industry along with knowledge of technical roles.
- An active listener who's open to change and enjoys a good challenge!
- An understanding of how L&D integrates with other HR functions.
